Training goals that I will put far too much effort into achieving just 'cos!: go sub 19min for 10mile TT (current pb 19.01!), go sub 2hrs for 90km TT.

2011 Major events:

2011 was the third year running that I have been present on, or topped, the National podium over my targeted distance (Middle distance in this case). It was also a season where I made my Long distance debut with a credible 17th at the elite european long distance championships. With consistent placing in other highly competitive european events I have got plenty of form to build on for 2012. Bring it on!
